Forster leads the chef team of Deseo Restaurant, a Latin American culinary concept, with a capacity of 150 seats.Responsible for 15 people, he oversees the quality and cost of food as well as the management of the supporting team.
Forster has developed a reputation for his ability to combine a wide range of flavors to create novel culinary creations that enhance the experience of diners, and has an eye and talent for high end presentation of dishes.
