“I Spent Over 65M To Realise The Entire Project of the Song My Hustle” – Rapper Danny Green Claims

Cameroonian rapper Danny Green has shocked fans by revealing that he spent an eye-popping 65 million CFA on the entire project for his new single, “My Hustle,” featuring Stanley Enow. The extravagant budget was not only dedicated to the music production but also to the high-end video shoot that took place in Dubai, directed by the renowned Mr. Adrenaline. To bring his vision to life, Danny Green and his team flew to Dubai, renting luxury hotels, cars, and even a helicopter for the shoot. On top of that, they brought in models to add to the video’s visual appeal, further driving up the cost. With all these expenses, it’s clear that Danny Green was determined to make “My Hustle” a statement of success.

However, fans have reacted differently to the reported 65 million CFA spent, with some skeptical, calling it false, while others have analyzed the video and concluded that such a budget may actually be modest given the scale of production.

In response, Mr. Adrenaline, the video’s director, has come out to justify the amount, stating that he wanted to make a loud statement not just for Cameroonians but for the world. He emphasized that with the right budget, vision, and finance, Cameroon can produce better content. Reflecting on the journey, Mr. Adrenaline shared,

“This journey wasn’t easy. When Danny Green reached out to me on January 12, 2024, he made it clear—he wanted to make a statement, and he was ready to go all in. I smiled because, deep down, I knew this was the moment I had been waiting for. When I drafted the budget and sent it over, let’s just say Danny ‘cried’—yeah, he always does, but this time it was different. But being the visionary that he is, someone who never settles for less, he immediately saw the bigger picture and committed to the vision. It took us three months of intense planning, moments of doubt, and near setbacks. But through it all, we stayed focused because we knew we had to make a statement. Thanks to the dedication of an incredible team and the support of some key powerhouses in Dubai, we made it happen.”

Rapper Danny Green also stated that he raised the money to cover expenses of this video by selling his only piece of land and car to be able to cover expenses of the video. You can watch the video in question below.
