Victor Kange, otherwise known as The Industry or the BloGod, is a dynamic Cameroonian media personality whose work cuts across blogging, public relations, artiste management, journalism, photography, Wikipedia editing, and content creation. Early Life and Education

Born on June 20, 1993, in Buea, the capital of the Southwest Region of Cameroon, Victor is the second of three boys in his family. He began his educational journey at Government Nursery School Buea Town, moved on to CBC Primary School Great Soppo, and later completed his First School Leaving Certificate at CRC Remedial and PIPS Buea Town.

Victor continued his secondary education at BGS Molyko Buea, before relocating to Green Hills Academy Yaounde, where he obtained his GCE Ordinary Level Certificate. After a brief stint at College Saint Benoit, Yaounde, he returned to Green Hills Academy and secured his Advanced Level Certificate. He was later admitted into The ICT University in Yaounde, where fate led him to his true calling blogging and media.

Victor never imagined a career in media. His journey began from a place of necessity to support his education financially. In 2016, he secured a position at 237Showbiz, a platform that would soon become the leading English-speaking entertainment blog and media house in Cameroon. What began as a job quickly evolved into a mission, as Victor played a key role in shaping 237Showbiz into a household name.

From interviewing top artists to breaking stories, promoting talents, and organizing campaigns, Victor’s voice became influential in the growth of Cameroon’s music scene. His work earned him the nickname “The Industry” a reflection of his deep-rooted presence in nearly every part of the entertainment ecosystem.

Career Expansion and Academic Growth

In 2020 the industry, Victor took a bold step to strengthen his craft. He enrolled at the University of Buea, where he earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism and Mass Communication. This academic pursuit was done while still managing top blogs, coordinating artist branding, and expanding his influence across multiple domains.

Victor’s expertise at 237Showbiz opened doors to public relations, photography, Wikipedia editing, graphic design, and artiste management. His professional portfolio boasts work with some of Cameroon’s biggest acts, including Kocee, Asaba, Montess, Dura King, Elizabeth Tekeh, Diamond Inter, Bobby Felani, Bel’yv, and N9ila. His ability to shape narratives, build brands, and bridge the gap between artistes and their audiences has made him an invaluable force in Cameroonian entertainment.

In 2021, Victor Kange’s contributions were officially recognized when he won Best Public Relations at the Muzikol Music Awards (MUMA) a testament to his unmatched impact in entertainment communication and artist development.
