Coming into the Cameroonian music industry in November 2014 with his first ever video clip, the rnb/afrobeat artiste signed to Bigdreams Ent in January 2014. Charles Arthur LOCKO has been able to build a successful platform for himself as the name LOCKO has been flying the Camer flag sky high with his shutdown shows (Tours) home and abroad, numerous awards, uncountable collabos and an active fan base. LOCKO happens to be one of Camer’s urban artistes to participate at the Coke Studio Africa sessions in Nairobi Kenya alongside U.S superstar Jason Derulo in 2017.
With all these record of success, by the Ndutu singer, underground tension has been rising as the label is not yet sure if the Sawa Romancer will be extending his long term contract or not. Our sources opened up to us that this has been one of the reasons why there has been some delay in dropping his debut album titled The Bridge. We all know what happens to artistes who have been leaving labels. They sometimes find it hard to come back on track. At the same time, it should be noted that LOCKO is already an established artistes and must have studied the Camer music game as well.
Locko’s album release was slated for 27th December 2017 and the date later changed to the 9th of February 2018.
The big question is, do you (his fans) advise him to extend his contract? Should he leave for another record label? Make your opinion count. The comment section is all yours.

To me he should only leave if he has something bigger
He should take his time and make a wise decision
