The Princess, The Prince Reality TV Show is a 100% Cameroonian Reality TV Show, that seeks to promote the Cameroonian Culture, Entertainment, Talents, and living together. It was founded in 2020 by Cameroonian actress, film maker, and entrepreneur Mbebang Evodia Ambang AKA the BossLady.
The aim of the show is to showcase the diverse cultures of Cameroon, in an entertaining way.
The Show which is in its first edition has as objectives to showcase some key aspects of Cameroon’s rich cultural heritage, to promote and highlight Cameroon’s entertainment and its celebrities in the entertainment industry, to create positive opportunities for contestants to express their talents, skills, develop themselves, and also to enable the contestants to interact, and build possible lifetime relationships.
The show will be in two phases, i.e a task phase (which has started already and is out of the house and is opened for all the registered contestants), and phase 2 or the house phase that will have the top 15 contestants who will emerge from phase 1 being ushered into “The Princess The Prince Royal Mansion” for the show proper that will be broadcasted on TV.
The start of phase 2 will be accompanied with a grand opening and house entry party in July this year. Once in the mansion, the contestants will participate in collective tasks for 2 months (60 days) where at the end, two of them will be crowned as “The Princess and the Prince”.
50% of the tasks they will be given will be centered around Culture, while the remaining 50% will be centered around Entertainment and relationship.
The 15 contestants who will be making it into the royal mansion will go for an offshore cruise on a boat together with their managers and some celebrities.
The two winners(the Princess and the Prince) will each receive a cash prize of 1.000.000 FCFA, and a fully funded trip to the Banana and Victoria Islands in Lagos Nigeria where they will meet and network with some top Nigerian celebrities, and also feature in a movie that will be produced by the team of the Princess The Prince Reality TV Show alongside other top African actors and actresses.
The winners will also sign an Ambassadorial deal with the Show and also with other partners and sponsors of the show. They will hold their crown for 12 months before handing it over to the new Princess and Prince.
It’s going to be an interesting show to watch as different contestants from different backgrounds will be under a single roof, each striving to be the best. While some will be contesting to win the 2 million FCFA, some will be striving to showcase their talents and some will be looking for love in the eyes of other contestants.
