United Arab Emirates based Cameroonian singer Tax Man of Tax Entertainment has finally released the long awaited debut EP titled “Grateful”. An EP rich in African sound from Afro Pop, to High Life music, the 9 tracks a EP is made with so much appreciation of God’s works in the life of the singer. Track 1 titled Mama Africa despite its present day hurdles, Tax Man still make it worth praising the most high for giving Africa all the blessings we enjoy today. He brings the entire continent in a single track. The last track titled Thank God, which gives God the praises for letting man live.

“I believe music is the only common language we all speak, Taxman
added. When I go to an Arab, Punjabi or an African gathering in the
UAE, or even when I go to the clubs in Dubai, we dance to sounds
from different parts of the world so I decided to make my EP very
diverse even though I could not sing in the local languages in UAE,
but I fused the songs with some instruments such as Arabic fluid,
an Indian Conga etc. Which is an electric fusion with original
African Congas and drums and beats from Africa precisely
Cameroon.
“Back home, the sound from the older generation has been
modernized to create a new sound, commonly known as Afro Beats.
