In my Opinion, to say Ricky million the virtual artiste is getting more attention than most upcoming KMER artists, based on “following” is an unfair comparison, and to attribute this success to “intimacy with fans”/humility is somewhat injustice to upcoming artists.
Firstly, Ricky million is a #comedian. The whole concept is comedy. Ill understand if the upcoming artist compared to are into comedy… Not music, acting, modelling etc. I believe it’s obvious that comedians easily obtain and grow a following than their equivalents in the other areas of the arts, ceteris paribus, because almost everybody relates very easily with any kind of comedy.
Secondly, Ricky million is another beneficiary of the “man-know-man” system of our industry. His comedy is good but it’s obvious his fast growing following is thanks to who is on the dashboard of his social media accounts.
