Cabaret groups and singers, even comedians whom no one knows. But thet are paid millions to perform at big weddings and other shows bcs either through theur youtube pages they submit their videos to organisers to prove what they can do if hired. The essence of big shows is making money by using popular figures to perform. But most at times, they tend to disappoint the crowed. But professional performers exist and are not even stars. They luv the limelight too but they stage actions are so perfect organisers will have to pay them. In a nutshell, motivation is good for unpopular acts but professionals who are unpopular need to be paid.
