Just as a gesture of favor i think promoters should be able to bring up a promoting price for upcoming artistes. I say this because i see several bloggers charge up 5k large for an article which evem hit up to 9 likes. So if this situation is being looked into, things may change for the better. #the_kamericans]]></description>

Its not a law to help every artists. Ibfor one am an upcoming artists and if i dont pay a blogger then am willing to plead for what the blogger is willing to offer for free.
