francophone showbiz promoters want to make anglophones feel that singing in english is not Cameroonian culture. they want people to sing mostly in french before they can be inculated or promted accross the boarders.
This has made most very good artist to crumble in the attempt to frenchify their lyrics. I hail Stanley for his link up though some “Apprentis sorciers” west of the Mungo call him 9ja artist
